Product Review : Recruit Your Way to Millions

With a title like Recruit Your Way to Millions, one expects a great deal from this ebook, right from the beginning. Author Fred Stege is apparently a highly successful MLM superstar, and also runs a highly respected online lead generation service called Traffic Oasis.

So ... does RYWM deliver?

It depends upon your expectations. If you want something you can swallow whole and instantly have a mega downline, you'll be disappointed. But if you want solid advice, and an easily duplicated formula that you can easily learn and follow, this is a worthy volume. Fred's main point, which I have seen mentioned elsewhere also, is that MLM fails to deliver for many people because they have no system to follow, and no source of basic training on how to sell or recruit. Fred does a good job of providing a remedy, as he lays out a basic framework for what you need to do, and why.

The book is more than just a "how to" guide, however. Fred discusses the mindset you need to have to succeed, and explains the mindset of potential recruits. He takes you through the basics of the techniques he has used to recruit multiple thousands of people into his own MLM downlines, and explains why they work.

This is a well-written, easy to read volume that advocates a solid, duplicatable approach to Network or MLM marketing. Does it work? I'm not in a position to know for sure, as I haven't tried the techniques myself. Having had some exposure to MLM though, I can say that it sounds like an easily implemented plan, and Fred's success with it speaks for itself.
