Aweber is a hosted solution thought by many to have the best delivery rates in the business. They are noted for their ease of use and many customizable features, as well as for top-notch tech support. You get unlimited messages, unlimited autoresponders, broadcast capability, and link-tracking, among other features, all for one low monthly or annual fee. Unfortunately, they do not allow you to import purchased leads, but otherwise this is a first-class service used by many top email marketers.
